Joseph Kirk
I have been in the real estate industry since 2011 and have an exceptional background of downtown Minneapolis properties. I understand the demands of working with high end clients and building strong, trusting relationships.

I proudly represent Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty and do so in partnership with my wife, Nicole Kirk. My main areas of focus are downtown Minneapolis, South Minneapolis and Edina. I am a lifetime resident of the Twin Cities and along with my two sons enjoy the wonderful community of Minneapolis that I call home. My wife and I enjoy the restaurant scene and supporting local businesses within our community.

Nicole Kirk
I began my career in real estate in 2009 and I specialize in condo and townhome association management. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2014. I am results-oriented, diligent and dedicated to educating my clients so they can make informed and confident decisions. I am responsive and go above and beyond to make the home buying and selling experience successful.
A graduate of Iowa State University’s Community & Regional Planning program, I have an in-depth understanding of communities and residents’ desire to find a location that not only will meet their needs, but enhance their overall living experience. I have an intimate knowledge of the culture, financial, and governance of Association community living. As a resident of Minneapolis, I enjoy being active with my husband, Joe Kirk, and my two sons by taking advantage of the amenities and experiences the Twin Cities have to offer.
My love of housing drives my passion for building great relationships and my goal to provide the highest service, professionalism, and advocacy for my clients.
